The survey is the door to an account, and the account is the door to the network. Use the same email you took the survey with.

One moment — finding your account.
We sent a link to . Click it and you're in — the link is good for 24 hours.
Nothing there? Look in spam, then .
We send to this address:
If it has changed, or if it was never quite right, tell us and we will put it straight. Nothing else about your account is affected, and nobody else is told any of this.
Tell us the right addressThis is where the few settings that are yours to change live.
This is the same setting as Only the essentials on your email settings page — one setting, two places to change it. Turn it on in either place and it is on in both.
Emails that deliver something you asked for always arrive, whichever of these you choose: your sign-in links, verification codes, and the reports you or a match asked for.
Every email we send carries a link to these same settings, so you can change them from your inbox too. Nothing here is ever shared with anybody else.
Choose which emailsMatching inside a community only ever draws on people who are in it. These choices are yours and take effect straight away.
How you are happy to answer Fast Friends questions. This goes for everyone you do this with, and it takes effect straight away — for new Fast Friends. A round you are in the middle of keeps whatever it started with.
They were never told, and they still aren’t. Unblocking brings back your conversation and everything else that was between you, quietly, with nothing said to them.
A person reads every one of these. You can attach a picture if it helps, and we’ll include which page you were on so we can find the problem — nothing else.
Send feedbackChange your password. We send a link to your own address and you choose the new password there — the same link the log-in page sends when somebody has forgotten theirs.
Download your data. One file with everything of yours we hold: your answers, your report link, your profile, the messages you wrote, the requests you sent, the invitations you sent. Other people appear in it by first name only, never by address, and nothing anybody else wrote is in it.
Delete your account. Everything of yours goes and you can’t get it back.
Deleting removes your answers, your report, your profile, your photos, your messages, your Fast Friends answers and everything else that is yours. It cannot be undone, and we cannot get any of it back for you afterwards.
Two things you should know first. A room you shared with somebody — a message thread, a Fast Friends exchange, a report the two of you earned together — goes for them as well, because half of it was yours. And if anybody has ever made a safety report involving you, that record stays.
It takes about 15 minutes, and your report is waiting the moment you finish.
